1. Our humdrum lives are enhanced by our vivid imaginations.
2. Books, movies, festivals, sports competitions and political campaigns
immerse us in a greater adventure vicariously.
3. Parents project their own versions of great adventures onto their own children,
expecting them to fulfil ambitions and desires which they themselves
had failed to achieve, which can be negative.
4. Parenting itself can be seen as a great adventure, which can be positive.
5. The idea of doing your homework first and playing later
gives a misguided impression that work is always boring
and can never be associated with play.
6. Education should be based on a spirit of adventure.
7. Various philosophies and religions promote their
own versions of adventure to their converts.
8. Don't attempt to contradict those who have faith.
The weak ones may succumb,
but the strong ones will defend their treasure & adventure.
It would be wicked to take what is precious
away from them by sowing doubt.
